Just west of Davis Boulevard off Starnes is the Crestwood Estates Addition in North Richland Hills. This unique subdivision is best characterized by its variety. There are homes of around 1400 square feet, built in the 1980s, many of which have been remodeled and updated. There are also larger estates of 2000-3500 square feet that were constructed in the years 2012-2013 that feature amenities such as hand scraped hardwoods, granite countertops and delightful outdoor living areas. Many homes in the addition feature pools, and the location provides easy access to shopping, the many parks, and entertainment. The subdivision is a part of the Birdville Independent School District.
