Marshall Ridge residents have exclusive access to The Keller Pointe, an 87,940 square-foot facility for fitness, fun, and sports. It includes a workout space, recreational sports and wellness programs, and indoor track. You can enjoy group fitness classes as well as special events. The neighborhood has a resort-like feel with pools, bike and walking trails, a lodge, ponds, and fountains.
The Marshall Ridge Homeowners Association is managed by Neighborhood Management Inc (NMI). You can pay your dues, reserve space for special events, gain pool access, and download HOA documents on the community website.
Marshall Ridge is part of the highly-rated Keller Independent School District (KISD). Keller High School rates a 10 out of 10 in College Readiness according to Greatschools.org. You literally can’t get any better than that. Their graduation rate is not perfect – only 99%. Seriously – the average for all of Texas is 90%.
Keller Middle School scores 9 out of 10 on test scores. As does Ridgeview Elementary school. There are also excellent private schools in the area, including the Keller Montessori School and the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School.
Marshall Ridge Active Lifestyle
You and the family can enjoy life in and around the Marshall Ridge community. Downtown Fort Worth is about 35 minutes away. But, like, who cares? There’s plenty to do close to home.
There’s a lot of shopping to do in Keller! You’ve got Keller Town Center, Keller Commons, and Alliance Town Center. Alliance Town Center has retail shops, restaurants, and events. This year they are having a “Holiday at the Park” in early December.
There are so many places to eat in this town. For a big steak in a fancy place, go to Texas Bleu Steakhouse. You can start with Korean BBQ quail knots then wash ‘em down with a 22-ounce bone-in ribeye. (Save that bone for the doggie.) The City of Keller has an abundance of parks, hiking trails, and sports. Keller Sports Park lives up to its name with lighted fields for soccer, football, basketball, softball, volley ball – even equestrian trails. The Keller Pointe has full-day and half-day summer camp programs through August. The Play Street Museum has several interactive activities to keep the little ones happy and busy. Located in Keller Town Square.
Meritage Homes has done the lion’s share of the residential building in Marshall Ridge. Currently, they offer three plans in their Marshall Ridge Reserve Collection. There are 1- and 2-bedroom plans available. Rents start at about $1200 a month. What’s really special are the 2-story townhomes with 2-car attached garage. Rents for these homes start at about $2100.
Grand Estates at Keller
Grand Estates at Keller has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. These guys cater to canines. It’s nice for humans, too. Your pooch will enjoy dog biscuits and fresh water in the clubhouse. They can walk you in the enclosed bark park. Human amenities include fitness center, swimming pool, and hot tub. Grand Estates also organizes resident activities. And, they guarantee 24-hour service request response. Rents start at about $1200.
