Billed as “The Rustic Venue You’ve Been Looking For” is Cinnamon Creek Ranch’s event center overlooking Henrietta Creek. The pavilion offers a view of 80 acres of beautiful Texas land. They can even cater the event (wedding, family reunion, etc.) Chef Joe can smoke ya’ a whole hog (so you can go whole hog – yuck, yuck). He also can whip up some authentic Italian food (because who doesn’t want a side of lasagna with their pulled pork?) You can also have yourself an old-fashioned Texas crawfish and shrimp boil. In fact, Chef Joe likes a challenge – tell him your dream meal and he’ll do his darndest to cook it up for you. (We say ask him to make smoked escargot and ossobuco street tacos.) For you wild game hunters, Cinnamon Creek Ranch will process and butcher whatever’s hanging off the back of your truck. In fact, long before they started offering archery lessons, they were in the wild game processing biz. (Since 1985!)
