Heritage is located in North Fort Worth. However, children attend Keller schools. You get the best of suburban living close to the city of Keller, but also a short drive to downtown Fort Worth.

The Heritage Homeowners Association is a strong, professional HOA. Presently, FirstService Residential maintains this beautiful community. There are parks, lakes, and a clubhouse for residents to enjoy. Heritage has a full-time HOA manager and there is an HOA office inside the clubhouse. Their goal is to make “Heritage more than a place to live...to make it a way of life.” Their “lifestyle” manager develops and manages various activities for residents of all ages and interests. Heritage children will attend schools within the highly-rated Keller Independent School District (KISD). Heritage has three elementary schools located within the community. Contact KISD to find out which school your child will attend.
Better Perot Elementary School
Better Perot is for pre-K through the fourth grade. GreatSchools.org rates their test scores 10 out of 10. Other elementary schools in Heritage include Eagle Ridge and Lone Star.

Central High School is for grades nine through twelve. GreatSchools.org rates the school’s test scores 8 out of 10. Their college readiness score is also 8 out of 10. The graduation rate is 97% which is above the state average of 90%.
Timber Creek High School
Timber Creek High School is for grades nine through twelve. GreatSchools.org rates the school’s test scores 7 out of 10. Their college readiness score is 8 out of 10. The graduation rate is 97% which is above the state average of 90%.
The Goddard School for Early Childhood Development has several daycare and educational programs for infants through school-aged children. They also offer summer camp that focuses on STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
There’s plenty to see and do within the Heritage community itself, but you will also find activities nearby.
The Alliance Town Center has nearly everything you need. There’s a Lifetime Athletic, the Boardroom Salon for Men (sorry ladies), or book a private watch party at Cinemark. If that’s not enough, there’s Keller Commons and Keller Place in nearby Keller, TX. (So many Kellers, so little time.)
We all know you love Texas BBQ, but let’s expand our horizons a bit, shall we? Aladdin Mediterranean Café is getting recent, rave reviews on Yelp for their warm, soft pita bread and hummus. K-Pop Burger is a lot more than ground beef on a bun. They are known for their crab and crawfish. You can also get some Jalapeño Cowboy Bites. (It’s an appetizer – get your mind out of the gutter.)

Junction Crossing Apartments in Fort Worth has many floorplans from 634 to 1500 square feet. They have some unusual amenities like a wine tasting room with wine lockers, poker loft with gaming tables, and a dog park with grooming station. Prices start at $1050. Mansions at Timberland has several large 2-bed, 2-bath floorplans starting at about $1500. This gated apartment community has a saltwater pool and 24-hour fitness center.
