Countryside Estates is located in Grapevine, Texas. Grapevine gets its name from a wild grapevine with fuzzy leaves. A beautiful, but bitter plant that is so acidic it will burn your hands if you hold it too long. But don’t worry – the town is as sweet as the pie you can make from these wild mustang grapes. There’s plenty to do in and around Grapevine – close to the Countryside Estates neighborhood and about 40 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.
Grapevine has some amazing shopping. Grapevine Mills has 180 stores and more in a 1.8 million-square-foot space. There are also restaurants, and a whole bunch of events and activities for every taste and interest.
Esparaza’s has authentic Mexican cuisine and calls itself “The Margarita Capital of the Texas.” So, we’re thinkin’ you might want to order one of those along with your cheese enchilada dinner. While we’re on the subject of alcohol, Café Italia has Tortellini Vodka and Rigatoni a la Vodka. Both restaurants were voted the best by residents of Countryside Estates and surrounding neighborhoods on NextDoor.com.
Nash Farm brings Grapevine history alive. They have several events throughout the year, including the Barn Dance in October and the Farmstead Christmas Celebration. Get a babysitter and down some fine local wine at Urban Wine Trail or a Grapefest® event.
