Built around 2010 through 2013, this luxurious neighborhood is served by the Birdville Independent School District. There is a homeowner’s association. This subdivision is superbly located mere minutes away from parks, shopping, and restaurants and is convenient to major freeways.
Graham Ranch in North Richland Hills, TX 76182 is a comparatively affordable neighborhood with good schools and low crime. It is commutable to downtown Fort Worth. North Richland Hills is rich in parkland and amenities for its residents.

North Ridge Middle School
North Ridge Middle School is for grades sixth through eighth. GreatSchools.org rates the school’s test scores 9 out of 10.
Richland High School

Iron Horse Golf Course
You don’t have to golf to enjoy The Iron Horse Golf Course in North Richland Hills. Enjoy a great meal in the clubhouse. If you do want to up your game, PGA professionals provide lessons for adults and kids year-round.
Nearby NYTEX Sports is a minor league ice hockey rink. They also have a summer camp for kids.

Homemade French bread at an Italian restaurant? Sure – why not? Niki’s Italian Bistro also has very Italian homemade pasta and Italian Wedding Soup. (No worries; single folks are permitted to eat this soup.) For some Memphis-style BBQ in Texas, head over to Red Hot Blues. Their Idaho Pig is actually a huge, very stuffed potato.
There are not a lot of homes for sale within Graham Ranch. Consider renting an apartment home close by while you search. (Something we can definitely help you with.) We recommend The Enclave at Hometown. Their floorplans are from 1 bed, 1 bath apartments to 4-bedroom townhomes with a 2-car attached garage. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, and latte lounge. Prices start at $1,090. The Abbey at Hightower has several floorplans which start at $929. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and dog park.
Graham Ranch in North Richland Hills is a great neighborhood not far from the excitement of downtown Fort Worth. Yet there is plenty for you and the family to do – activities, dining, and shopping – close by. It is an affordable neighborhood compared to others in North Richland Hills. You’ll still get good schools and low crime. Homes are good-sized too.
